[ARCHIVED] Interested in Serving on the Planning Commission?

The Planning Commission has the primary responsibility for planning and zoning matters as they relate to the overall general welfare and development of the community. They review and provide recommendations to the City Council on items such as redevelopment proposals, rezoning, planned unit developments, subdivisions, conditional use permits, variances, and design review.  Commissioners serve a three year term. The Planning Commission meets the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers next to City Hall.  Anyone interested in an appointment to the Planning Commission should fill out a Citizen Inquiry Form found here: /DocumentCenter/View/289 and submit to Please contact City Planner Emily Becker at 952-653-3674 with any questions. Applications are due by Tuesday, October 15th at 5:00pm
