In celebration of our Arctic Fever Festival, the City of Excelsior is offering free Wagon Rides around the downtown area on Saturday, January 18th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The horse-drawn wagon carriage will be stationed on Gary’s First Class Car Care lot on the corner of 3rd Street and Water Street. The wagon rides are complimentary of the City. Happy Winter!
