Posted on: June 1, 2020[ARCHIVED] Excelsior Declares Temporary Curfew
Due to continued unrest in the Twin Cities, the City of Excelsior is taking extreme precaution to ensure the safety of the city, its residents and businesses. A citywide curfew will be enforced June 1-June 3 from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am both nights.
