According to Chapter 6, Sec. 6-3. of the Excelsior City Code, all dogs over the age of six months kept in the City, should be licensed and registered by the owner with the City.
The annual license fee per dog is illustrated in the table below.

The online application to license your pet can be found here. Please upload or submit a copy of current rabies vaccination with your application. You may call City Hall for payment or mail/drop-off a check.
