For July 4, 2022, the City of Excelsior has established the following areas as temporary no parking zones and tow-away zones: 

 A.         Both sides of Courtland Street from Lake Street to Maple Street;

B.         Both sides of Water Street from County Road 19 to Lake Street;

C.         The southeast side of West Lake Street from Elm Street southwest 210 feet;

D.         The southwest side of First Street from Courtland Street southeast 66 feet;

E.          The southeast side of First Street from Courtland Street northeast 90 feet;

F.         The northwest corner of Third Street from Courtland Street northeast 30 feet;

G.         The northeast corner of Third Street from Courtland Street northeast 30 feet;

H.         West Lake Street from First Street to Lake Street;

I.          Lake Street from West Lake Street to Excelsior Boulevard;

J.          Excelsior Boulevard from Second Street to Minnetonka Boulevard; 

K.         Second Street from Water Street to Excelsior Boulevard;

L.          Morse Avenue from Five Corners to Third Street;

M.        Third Street from West Lake Street, northwest to West Lake Street;

N.         West Lake Street from George Street to Third Street;

O.        Alley on Smith Street; 

P.         The south side of Maple Street from George Street to Courtland Street

 Signage will be posted in the areas referenced above at least 12 hours prior to July 4, 2022, and remain posted until July 5, 2022.
