2023 parking permits are now available for purchase. Those interested in purchasing a parking permit for 2023 can complete the online form that can be found here.
You may pay for your parking permits through one of these ways:
1.) Contact staff to pay for your permit over the phone by calling 952-474-5233.
2.) Mail payment to City of Excelsior, 339 Third Street, Excelsior, MN 55331.
3.) Drop off payment at Excelsior City Hall, 339 Third Street, Excelsior, MN 55331.
To obtain a resident parking permit you must show proof of residency and your vehicle must be registered to your Excelsior address. Parking permits are $20 each.
To obtain a business parking permit you must show proof of employment at an Excelsior business. Parking permits are $150 each.
