Commons Ballfield Information

Current Reconstruction Project

The City of Excelsior is conducting a reconstruction project for the ballfield within the Commons beginning August 4th through Fall 2025. See the below map for areas that will be impacted by construction. Trail and sidewalk access will be closed at the Plaza Driveway and at the intersection of West Lake Street and Lake Street for the duration of the project. The closure is necessary to ensure the safety of all patrons visiting the park. The City will provide further updates throughout the construction process via the website and City Council meetings.
